Motivation

Motivation is a very important to keep anyone going when doing a Juice Feast. The Faith FiT Life prays and encourages you daily in your journey.   What are your goals? Health, healing something particular, slimming down, or detox are some of the reasons why people do a Juice Feast.

New folks, or veteran juicers face challenges when beginning.  I promise you it will be worth it. Yes, there is food everywhere! It’s in the store, on billboards, on TV commercials, in books and magazines, and even on your computer screen. We can’t get away from it.

Here are some tips to help stay motivated during a Juice Feast:

1. Give it to Jesus seek Him in your Faith FiT Life journey. In Matthew 6:33 the Word says, seek Him first in everything and all things will be added to us.  You’ll find all your everyday concerns will be met.

2. Keep your goals in mind. Keep your eyes on the prize not the obstacles. Why are you doing the Juice Feast in the first place? Visualize the ending results you wish to achieve. Think of how good you will feel!

3. Join us on Facebook. It’s important to talk and share with like-minded folks. Faith FiT Life is here to pray for you, cheer you on, support you, not pull you down. There will be naysayers out there who think doing any kind of juicing is to extreme. You do not need to be part of that!  Absolutely not! Even family and friends have the best intentions, but do they know what’s best for you? Absolutely not! Only you know what’s best for you.

4. Reward yourself to a spa day, go shopping or some activity you enjoy. Do something fun that doesn’t involve food. A fun activity can boost your willpower to stay on your Juice Feast.

5. Tell your family and friends that you’re doing a Juice Feast. If you tell people you are doing a Juice Feast, you will be held more accountable for your actions.

I hope you join us on a Juice Feast. We do them often.

Together. We. Can!
